Richard Cowling last ran the London Marathon 25 years ago, now at the age of 47 he is back in training and kindly agreed to run for Friends of OSCAR. Richard is keen to support Friends of OSCAR as his good friend and long term work colleague Barry Rowe’s grand daughter, Ellie was diagnosed when aged 4 with a Brain Tumour.
